Discovering the Power of Your Authentic Presence
There is a moment in life when many of us realize something important.
We’re showing up… but not fully.
Leaders walk into rooms but struggle to truly command them.
Aspiring speakers have powerful ideas but hesitate to share their voice.
Business owners know their mission but feel disconnected when communicating it.
Artists and creatives feel something powerful inside them, yet sometimes struggle to express it in a way the world can fully feel.
The truth is, the problem is rarely talent (although it is important).
The problem is presence.
Presence is the difference between someone simply being in a room and someone who transforms the room when they arrive.
And here’s the truth that changed my life.
Everyone already has presence.
You don’t have to manufacture it.
You don’t have to pretend to be someone else.
You simply have to discover it, align with it, and learn how to step into it at any moment.
This realization came to me after almost four decades in the entertainment industry.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to express myself in many different ways. Through working with celebrities, singing, acting, dancing, teaching choreography, learning choreography, movement coaching, modeling, performing, public speaking, camera confidence training, media interviews, and working in front of audiences and cameras.
But something many people don’t realize is that for much of that journey, I was nervous, scared out of my boots.
and psst..I’m also an introvert.
There were many moments when I felt like I had made mistakes. Moments where I felt like I fell short. Of course, there were victories too, but there were also plenty of lessons along the way.
And looking back now, I can see something clearly.
Every step molded me into the person I am today.
Every experience helped me learn how to express myself more fully. It helped me learn how to step into rooms and steward space, whether quietly or boldly.
That ability is powerful.
Because ruling a room doesn’t always mean being the loudest person in it.
Sometimes it means being the most present.
For me, this realization led to something deeper. I began to understand that what we are really learning to rule is not other people.
We are learning to rule what we have been stewarded with.
Our presence.
The totality of who we are.
Our body, our energy, our story, our voice, and our crown.
That understanding is what led me to create the Presence Kingdom Method™.
This work is about helping people reconnect with their authentic presence so they can show up with confidence, whether it’s on a stage, in a meeting, on camera, in their business, or in their art.
Inside the Presence Kingdom, I develop presence through five powerful pillars.
Body– How you physically occupy space and move with intention, which propels motivation.
Energy– The emotional atmosphere you bring into every room.
Story– Discovering and connecting with your authentic narrative, past, present and future.
Voice– Communicating with clarity, confidence, and emotional truth.
Crown– The identity and authority to pick up your power at any moment.
But everything begins with one simple decision.
Taking a step.
In the Presence Kingdom, we believe something powerful happens when you put your body into the decision.
When you step forward, literally or figuratively, doors begin to open.
You may not even realize the win at first.
You may just feel like you took a small step.
But that step matters.
Because movement creates momentum.
And momentum releases presence.
This blog is here to help guide you on that journey.
Here you’ll find insights, tools, reflections, and practical ideas to help you develop your presence in every area of life, whether you’re a leader, speaker, entrepreneur, artist, or someone who simply knows you’re meant to show up more powerfully in the world.
And we’re going to have fun along the way, too.
I’m deeply inspired to do this work. In many ways, I’m a little obsessed with it, because I’ve seen what it can do for people.
I’ve seen what it has done in my own life.
My goal is simple.
If I can leave the spaces I enter better than they were before I arrived, then I’ve done my job.
That’s what the Presence Kingdom is about.
Helping people discover their presence, own it, and use it to transform the rooms they walk into.
Your presence matters.
And the world is waiting for you to step into it.
